Established in 2012
Pre-cursor to infrastructure projects
Before TBI’s birth as one of the new family-owned businesses, the family patriarch started with agricultural-trading in Bukidnon. As development opened the horizons in the province, an aggregates crushing plant and ready mix concrete batching plant were established to cater infrastructure projects in the locality. As time goes by and with the influx of investors and inevitable economic surge in the province of Bukidnon, TBI felt the need to be a partner with the government in community building by providing shelter for Filipino families.
Our Mission
To Provide Affordable yet Quality and Decent housing units to every Filipino family.
In 2014, it launched its maiden project, the STO. NIÑO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION located in Dangcagan, Bukidnon to cater the housing needs of the locality and its neighboring municipalities and city. MOA Signing between LGU-Dangcagan, Pag-ibig Fund and Telow Brothers Inc. and Project Ground Breaking.
At present, TELOW BROTHERS INC. continues to be an active partner in community development. The concept of public-private partnership is strengthened by HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL’s BALAI FILIPINO PROGRAM.

We live overseas so we chose Sto. Niño Heights because it’s difficult for us to build the house ourselves and wanted to stay away from construction scams… And it is near my hometown, Kibawe. We bought 2 units and we see it as an investment and a vacation home.
